PROPERTIES:
NURCHEM ZDTP-50 is a special accelerator for EPDM containing sulfur, ZnO, thiazoles and thiurams accelerators, It can lead to high degree of cross-linking and no appearance of blooming when dosage is up to maximum recommended amount. NURCHEM ZDTP-50 mastermatch has processing safety and storage stability. As an ingredient of effective vulcanization system it is an accelerator for vulcanization of rubber such as NR, IR, BR, NBR, IIR, etc and its vulcanizate has excellent heat resistance. It is a secondary accelerator with sulfenamides thiazoles, and thiurams for vulcanization of EPDM AND NR. No formation of hazardous nitrosamines takes place during vulcanization.
