Description:
NURCHEM TDEC-75 is a very fast primary or secondary accelerator, used in EPDM, NR, SBR, NBR, CR and IIR. It is particularly active in IIR. When used together with thiurams and thiazoles in IIR, high speed vulcanisation is obtained. It has an excellent activating function for thiazole accelerators, is relatively safe to process and yields antiageing products of good quality with high tensile strength and high mechanical resistance. NURCHEM TDEC-75 readily disperses in rubbers. It is very active in SBR, associated with TMTD and MBT.

Description:
NURCHEM TMTD-80 is used as an ultra accelerator or as a booster of multi-accelerator blends with thiazoles and sulphenamides, and as a vulcanisation agent (sulphur donor) in most of the sulphur cured elastomers. It gives fast vulcanisations and therefore short processing times (scorchy). It gives an excellent vulcanisation plateau with good heat ageing and compression set resistance for use in sulphurless vulcanisation and in EV systems. Excellent colour is obtained in carbon black-free vulcanisates. In EPDM, NURCHEM TMTD-80 is a valuable secondary accelerator. In the vulcanisation of CR with ETU, it is often used as a retarder. It is suitable for NR, SBR, IR, BR, NBR, IIR and EPDM. NURCHEM TMTD-80 readily disperses in rubbers. It liberates 13.3 % of sulphur at vulcanisation temperatures. It is activated by aldehydeamine and guanidine accelerators. ZnO and stearic acid are required, whereas litharge tends to slow down vulcanisation.

Description:
NURCHEM TMTM-80 is generally used as a secondary accelerator or as a booster for sulphenamides to achieve faster cure rates. It can be used as a booster for thiazoles and guanidines in general purpose elastomers as well. Its main application is in NBR in combination with MBT or MBTS where it acts as an activator and gives excellent balance of physical properties. In comparison with other thiurams, it has very good processing safety, high curing activity and absolutely no discoloration. Being a monosulphide, TMTM will not cure completely without sulphur. It increases the cure rate and the torque, like other thiurams, but with a much smaller reduction in scorch time. It is also a primary accelerator for CR together with DPG or DOTG. Especially in mercaptan-modified polychloroprene rubbers, it may be used together with DOTG and sulphur to give very safe processing compounds. It is suitable for NR, IR, BR, SBR, NBR, IIR and EPDM. As an ultra-accelerator used together with sulphur, it is relatively high (105° C) in critical vulcanising temperatures, and fairly safe to process with. Vulcanisation is obtained at temperatures above 135 – 140° C.

NURCHEM ZBEC-70 is an ultrafast dithiocarbamates accelerator which can produce no nitrosamine and a primary or secondary accelerator for natural and synthetic rubber such as EPDM, IR, SBR, NBR, IIR, etc. Compared to traditional dithiocarbamates accelerators, NURCHEM ZBEC-70 has higher processing safety. It can activate thiazoles or sulfenamides and can be activated by alkaline accelerators. Vulcanizate accelerated by NURCHEM ZBEC-70 has similar tensile strength to that accelerated by other dithiocarbamates when dosage is same.

Description:
NURCHEM ZDBC-80 is an ultra primary accelerator for NR,SBR, CR, IIR, EPDM. In dry rubber, it provides acceptable scorch resistance. It is widely used as a secondary ultra-accelerator for thiazoles and sulphenamides. It provides good ageing resistance for transparent products, dispersions, adhesives and profiles. It is a general polymer stabiliser and an antioxidant for uncured dry rubber compounds. NURCHEM ZDBC-80 presents the same properties as ZDEC but it disperses more rapidly and is less blooming. It is fast curing from 100° C and up, has a low critical temperature and a medium curing range below 121° C.

NURCHEM ZDEC-75 exceeds ZDMC in accelerating effects and shows a slight tendency to premature vulcanisation. It is also used as a secondary accelerator for all sulphur curable elastomers. In general mechanical rubber goods, it is used with TBBS. It is a booster for thiazole, guanidine and aldehyde-amine accelerators. In adhesive systems, it acts as an antioxidant and it is a stabiliser in thermoplastic rubbers and hot melts. It provides fast cures at low curing temperatures, limited scorch safety, vulcanisates with good levels of mechanical properties, good heat-ageing resistance and excellent vulcanisate colour in non-black compounds.

As an ingredient of effective vulcanization system it is an accelerator for vulcanization of rubber such as NR, IR, BR, NBR, IIR, etc and its vulcanizate has excellent heat resistance. It is a secondary accelerator with sulfenamides thiazoles, and thiurams for vulcanization of EPDM AND NR. No formation of hazardous nitrosamines takes place during vulcanization.
