Properties
Soluble in water, non-toxic, not suitable to touch with iron container.
Applications:
TP is an ultra-fast accelerator for natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, chloroprene rubber and latex. It is safe at set time because of its curing velocity is lower much to ammonia salt of dithiocarbamate. TP is mainly suitable for latex products because it is easily soluble in water. It is also used a little in dry rubber. TP can be used for making dip-molding products, medical rubbers, balloons, coated fabrics, self-curing rubbers, etc. due to it is no staining, no discolouring and no tasting. TP is regulated for use in articles in contact with food as specified under FDA 21 CFR177.2600 and under BgVV XXI, Category 1 (latex only) and Categories 2-4.
Storage:
Store closed containers in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight.
Packing:
In 25kg or 200kg plastic drums.

ZDTP dramatically improves reversion resistance. Because of its non-amine based structure, ZDTP can be used as a component in non-N-nitrosamine generation cure systems. ZDTP is non-discoloring and non-staining.
