Rubber Accelerator TMTD
NURCHEM TMTD
TMTD can be used as a single accelerator, as a secondary accelerator or as a sulfur donor in most sulfur-cured elastomers. TMTD is scorch and gives fast cure rates. In sulfur less and EV cure system TMTD produces an excellent vulcanization plateau with good heat aging and compression set resistance. Good color retention is obtaining in non-black vulcanizates. TMTD is a valuable secondary accelerator for EPDM. In the vulcanization of polychloroprene rubber with N,N’-ethylene thiourea, TMTD may be used as a retarder.

NURCHEM DPG
DPG, may be used as a secondary accelerator with thiiazoles and sulfenamides in NR and SBR compounds. Exhibits better storage stability compared to thiuram and dithiocarbamates but is not as active. DPG can be used in latex as a secondary gelling agent (foam stabilizer) in the silicon-fluoride foam process.
