Description:
TMTD can be used as a single accelerator, as a secondary accelerator or as a sulfur donor in most sulfur-cured elastomers. TMTD is scorch and gives fast cure rates. In sulfur less and EV cure system TMTD produces an excellent vulcanization plateau with good heat aging and compression set resistance. Good color retention is obtaining in non-black vulcanizates. TMTD is a valuable secondary accelerator for EPDM. In the vulcanization of polychloroprene rubber with N,N’-ethylene thiourea, TMTD may be used as a retarder.

Description:
Generally used as a secondary accelerator or as a booster for sulfenamides to achieve faster cure rates. TMTM is distinguished by very good processing safety in comparison with other thiurams. High curing activity and no discoloration. Unlike the thiuram dissulfides. TMTM will not produce cures in the absence of added elemental sulfur. It is an excellent accelerator for polychloroprene in association with DPG and sulpur.

Exhibits better scorch safety than MBT.

Description:
ZDTP is a fast curing secondary accelerator for NR and EPDM. It is mainly used as an accelerator in non-blooming., relative low cost, fast curing systems for EPDM when used in combination with MBTS or sulfenamides in NR compounds. ZDTP dramatically improves reversion resistance. Because of its non-amine based structure, ZDTP can be used as a component in non-N-nitrosamine generation cure systems. ZDTP is non-discoloring and non-staining. ZDTP is regulated for use in articles in contact with food as specified under Bg VV XXI, category 4, ZDTP is not regulated for use in FDA food contact applicants.

Description:
TBzTD is a safe secondary amine accelerator; it has been developed to replace thiurams such as TMTD in case where the presence of harmful nitrosoamines is of concern. The dibenzylnitrosoamine is not carcinogenic, according to published literature, TBzTD is a fast curing primary or secondary accelerator in NR, SBR and NBR applications. In modified CR, TBzTD is a retarder when used with ETU. Compared with TMTD, TBzTD is safer processing and has longer scorch time.
